blogger is pissing me off

I HAVE CHANGED THE LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH 6 TIMES.

Why are there Chinese ads on my page?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm gonna sob quietly in the mean time.

    That's because you've set your language to Chinese or whatever Asian language this is.
